Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal period

A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a nominated person other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to withdraw

Before the deadline, send an unequivocal statement to [email protected], including name, address, order reference, product and decision.

3. Model wording

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

4. Returning goods

Return goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the decision. Direct costs are generally borne by you unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

5. Effects and exceptions

Valid reimbursements are made according to applicable law. Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods after opening.
