Payment Methods

1. Payment at delivery

Our standard method is payment directly to the courier when the parcel arrives. Available payment instruments may depend on the courier and destination.

2. Amount due

The amount communicated during ordering is the amount due unless an obvious error requires correction. Do not pay unofficial contacts or accounts.

3. Failed delivery

If nobody is available or payment cannot be completed, the courier may attempt a new delivery or return the parcel. Contact support for assistance.

4. Security
